Wedding Packages

The TULIP PACKAGE
 The TULIP PACKAGE is perfectly suited for those brides who are taking care of all the planning themselves, but would like to have their ceremony and reception professionally orchestrated. An on-site wedding coordinator will direct every aspect of your wedding day. This Wedding Package includes orchestration of both the ceremony and reception or reception only.
This package consists of:

  • Up to three consultations, in which the wedding plans will be discussed in detail. (not all meetings are needed or required)
  • Preparation of a detailed itinerary for the wedding day.
  • Supervision and or set up of the ceremony site, flower arrangement, etc.
  • Assistance to the bride and wedding party prior to the ceremony.
  • Transportation of SMALL items from the ceremony to the reception.
  • Supervision and or the set-up of the reception site.
  • Placement of centerpieces, place cards, wedding favors, etc.
  • Receiving deliveries on your behalf (wedding cake, flowers, etc).
  • Supervision of and communication with vendors for the duration of the reception.
  • Assistance to the guests in any way possible, and the handling of anything unexpected.
  • Preparing your Wedding Party for receiving line and formal introductions.
  • Pack away your gifts.
  • Issue payment to vendors on site.

Lilac Package

The Lilac Package has been developed to give the Day Coordination of the Tulip package but has a few of the needed directions of budget Planning and vendor referrals.  This package consists of:

  • Up to 5 consultations, in which the wedding plans will be discussed in detail  (not all meetings will be required)
  • Locate and contract up to two (2) vendors or services approved by you
  • Development of a wedding budget
  • To develop a detailed task list and calendar
  • Preparation of a detailed itinerary of the wedding day
  • Supervision and or set up of the ceremony site, flower arrangement, etc
  • Assistance to the couple and wedding party prior to the ceremony
  • Transportation of SMALL items from the ceremony to the reception
  • Supervision and or the set-up of the reception site
  • Placement of centerpieces, place cards, etc
  • Receiving deliveries on your behalf (wedding cake, flowers, etc)
  • Supervision of and communication with vendors for the duration of the reception
  • Assistance to the guests in any way possible, and the handling of anything unexpected
  • Preparing your Wedding Party for receiving Line and Formal Introductions
  • Pack away your gifts in Bridal Suite
  •   Issue your final payments to vendors on your behalf
  • To be present at your rehearsal, and assist with same

The ROSE PACKAGE

The ROSE PACKAGE is for the Bride who has already planned certain aspects of her wedding, and wants a professional to plan the others. Our Rose package includes everything from the above Tulip package plus these additional features:

  • Up to 10 consultations. (not all meetings are needed or required)
  • Development of a wedding budget.
  • Develop a detailed task list and calendar,which is updated regularly.
  • Locate and contract up to five (5) vendors or services approved by you, as described under our Tulip Package.
  • Work with you and the vendors as to your preferences and needs.
  • Communicate with the vendors on your behalf.
  • Develop a schedule of vendor deposits, payments and balance due dates, updated regularly.
  • Be present at your rehearsal, and assist with same return rental items, if applicable.

The LILY PACKAGE
    Our LILY PACKAGE encompasses directing and coordinating.

  • Up to 20 consultation, on such subjects as: wedding style, degree of formality, wording of invitations, music for the ceremony, wording of wedding vows, etc. (not all meetings are needed or required)
  • Development of a detailed budget.
  • Creation of a detailed task list and calendar, updated regularly.
  • Consultation with the bride and groom as to the reception menu, and to estimate the amount needed of liquor, beer, wine and champagne.
  • Obtain estimates from caterers for your approval, retain caterer, and communication with them.
  • Contact rental business for table, chairs, linens, etc, to arrange delivery and pickup, and to determine which items must be rented.
  • Consultation with the bride and groom as to your preferences in photography, to retain photographer and/or videographer, and to work out a list of required shots.
  • Consultation with the bride and groom as to your preferences in reception music, retain DJ approved by you, and to work out a list of required songs.
  • Consultation with the bride and groom as to your preferences in flowers, retain a florist approved by you, and work out a list of flowers needed.
  • To communicate with the vendors on your behalf.
  • Assistance in finding clergy to officiate at the wedding, if you are not affiliated with a particular church.
  • Development of a schedule of vendor deposits, payments and balances due.
  • To be on hand at the rehearsal, and assist with the same.
  • Development of a wedding-day itinerary.
  • Supervision and or the set-up of flower arrangement, etc. at the ceremony site.
  • To assist the bride and wedding party prior to the ceremony.
  • To supervise the line-up for the processional.
  • Removal of SMALL items from the ceremony site and transport to the reception site.
  • Supervision and or the set-up of the reception site.
  • Placement of centerpieces and place card.
  • Receive deliveries on your behalf (wedding cake, flowers, etc).
  • Supervision and communication with the vendors throughout the reception.
  • Assistance for your guests in any way possible, and to handle anything unexpected.
  • Return of rental items, if applicable.
  • Issue payments to vendors.
